FAQs: for young adults
What exactly is the 60-day Programme?
A residential apprenticeship combining hyperbaric oxygen therapy with intensive hospitality training. You live on-site for 60 days, restore your biology (sleep, oxygen, focus), and operate our public Lotus Tea Lab. Graduate with recovered capacity + 400 hours hospitality experience + job placement priority.
What is it for?
Young adults (18-25) who are neither in employment, education or training (NEET) due to depleted biology – poor sleep, stress, reduced capacity, or mild TBI. You need to be medically stable but struggling with sustained work capacity.
How does the training work?
Week 1-2: observe and assist. Week 3-4: serve customers with supervision. Week 5-6: lead operations. Week 7-8: train new apprentices. Real customers, real standards, real skills.
What happens after graduation?
Priority placement with hospitality/wellness employers. If no job offer within 90 days, 50% tuition refund. Plus ongoing HBOT access at member rates.

FAQs: for the public
Can anyone visit the Lotus Tea Lab?
Yes! Walk-ins welcome for tea service. HBOT sessions require booking. We serve oxygen-infused teas in a restorative wellness environment operated by apprentices under supervision.
Who serves me?
Apprentices in our 60-day programme, supervised by certified staff. They’re trained to professional hospitality standards and prove capability before serving independently.
How much does it cost?
Tea from $5. HBOT from $95/hour. Space hire $25-95/hour. Visit Pricing for more details.

FAQs: for referrals
Who should I refer?
NEET clients (18-25) whose progress has stalled due to biological depletion. Medically stable but struggling with sleep, executive function, or sustained capacity. Not appropriate for acute crisis or unstable conditions.
What do I provides vs what do I keep?
We restore biological capacity (HBOT, sleep optimisation, structured environment) + build work capability. You maintain all psychological, addiction, and medical care. We’re adjunctive, not replacement.
What data will I receive?
Objective biomarkers (HRV, sleep architecture, SpO2, AHI) collected Day 0-7, throughout, and Day 53-60, plus functional capacity observations and work performance reports.
