Secure Intake Pathway

Project 96 is a biological intervention for Reactive/Impulsive offenders with history of TBI. We are not a secure behavioral unit. Please review the strict Exclusion Criteria below before lodging a file.

Avoid referral if:

Predatory History: Calculated, organised violence or sexual offending.
Acute Psychosis: Active hallucinations or unmedicated schizophrenia.
Flight Risk: History of absconding from secure residences. (We are an Open Home).
Medical Risk: Untreated Pneumothorax (Collapsed Lung) or Grade 4/5 Aneurysm.

Choose referral if:

The Sore Head: History of concussion, knock-outs, strangulation, or self-reported brain fog.
The Impulsive: Offending is reactive, emotional, and triggered by stress (not planned).
The Sleepless: Documented history of “circadian chaos” (awake all night, agitation).
The Willing: Must verbally consent to the 30-Day Biological Protocol.
